Digitran Hungary Ltd. rejects all forms of corruption and has a zero tolerance policy for any violation of the provisions of this policy. In order to prevent corruption, Digitran will act in accordance with the letter, spirit and purpose of applicable law in all its activities. Accordingly, Digitran:

  • You will not influence anyone's will or objectivity in order to obtain any benefit or advantage that is unethical or unlawful.
  • It does not give, promise or offer, directly or indirectly, anything of value to any natural or legal person for the purpose of obtaining an undue advantage.
  • It does not allow bribes to be paid.
  • Does not fund or support, directly or indirectly, any political party or its representatives or candidates.
  • You do not donate anything to cover unlawful payments.
  • You shall not solicit or accept, directly or indirectly, any unlawful commission, fee or other benefit of any kind from any third party in connection with the Company's investments, sales, purchases or financing.
  • It will pay particular attention to cases where it comes into contact with natural or legal persons suspected of being at risk of corruption, i.e. lack of integrity. Digitran will only do business with persons of appropriate standing and reputation.
  • Accurately and truthfully record all financial transactions in the Company's books.
  • Regular anti-corruption training for its employees.

An employee who has evidence, questions or suspicions about any act of corruption must report it immediately to his/her supervisor or to the Anti-Corruption Director. Employees and business partners may also report their questions or suspicions through Digitran's Abuse Reporting System: https://digitran.whisly.io

Digitran will not tolerate any discrimination against those who in good faith report acts that do not comply with this policy. However, employees who act in a manner contrary to this Anti-Corruption Policy will be subject to sanctions, which may include termination of their employment contract and civil or criminal prosecution. Anti-corruption criminal legislation can have serious criminal consequences for both the employee and the Company.

Digitran reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate against its business partners that do not comply with this Anti-Corruption Policy.

These Anti-Corruption Policies are reviewed regularly by Digitran's Anti-Corruption Panel, at least once a year, and are published and communicated to all employees of the Company.
